Thank you, I will be at the customer's location today and get this in place.

I have set a machine in device account mode and there is a bit switch that can be set to retain sign on credentials, this is only useful if there is only one onedrive account to sign into. otherwise you would have to set up multple users on the copier to utilize the SSO (single sign on) feature.

The unit will only remember passwords to OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc., if you enable User Mode/Authenication Mode. For security reasons, Sharp chose this protocol, rather than a default set of cloud-based passwords than anyone using the machine could access, like Xerox has. We have some customers using only one main/generic user ID (it can be set as a passcode or user name & password). You can set the login to not expire, as I remember, so the first person using the machine logs in using those credentials. In this case, everyone is sending documents to the same location.

I've read that if you setup user authentication, then it will, but I've never tested that out. It makes sense for security purposes, which the customer doesn't care about ha. Alternatively, you could scan to the one drive folder on a PC/server, but that's only if they want to scan directly in to a folder and that's it.

    Scanning to OneDrive, BP-70M45

I have a new install that is scanning to OneDrive and has to go through the login process every time they want to scan to their folders. Its email and password login, then two tier send codes to the phone to input at the UI in order to access the files from the MFP. I put in a ticket with Sharp regarding this. Does anyone have a workaround or know how to have the copier hold tokens to keep the account open?
