[Error Code] Mx2310U E7-20 code

Afternoon, I've read this post (and others) on E7-20 errors:

Work to date, entered simulation mode:
-Cleaned the LSU dustproof glass
-Cleaned the PTC wire
-Image adjustment Sim50-22, adjusted clicks, two were (NG), now have three (ok)
-LSU test Sim61-1 (test ok)
-Remove and refit DC supply cable at both DC PWB and LSU PWB
-Taking drowrangers advise in the above linked post, checked the dc pwb to lsu (CN104 pin 1). Voltage was 5.15vdc (ok)

Later, the machine presented the error and the voltage was 4.97vdc (hence intermittent fault)
After 15 seconds of warmup, the voltage increased to 5.15 so I restarted the machine and message gone.

Is it possible to adjust a parameter to allow 4.9vdc or similar?
Or is this a case of replacing the board?

Is it the latest firmware? If I recall Sharp had come out with firmware to correct the E7-20 issue almost 10 years ago.

All Custom Setting List printed in 2013 lists NIC firmware version 01.05.00
All Custom Setting List printed today lists same NIC firmware version 01.05.00

Ive emailed Sharp to ascertain if NIC firmware version 01.05.00 is this the latest firmware version

Yes, that is the latest firmware (0700G1io), although I am not sure about the NIC. Is the wall AC voltage good?

Correction, was reading the software section, the hardware firmware versions are:
ICU (MAIN): 07i00.G1 (previous was 06.01.G1)
ICU (BOOT): 01.03.G1
ICU (SUB): 01.09.G1 (previous was 01.07.G1)
PCL (MAIN): 05d00.G1 (previous was 01.00.G1)
PCU: 03.09.G1 (previous was 03.05.G1)
SCU: 01.07.G1

Our voltage at the wall is 240.6VAC
For years, it was much higher but they adjusted the transformer due to solar panel output in the street.
