    [Misc] Liaison for management of MFP password reset via email (Sharp MX-5070)

    Reset Key Issue Code -
    I'm a new tech and I'm attempting to reset the Administrator Password; however, I can't find the email address of the Liaison for Management of MFP password reset

      Are you talking about the ADMIN reset? It's done through the portal.

      Login in to your portal, click "Access Sharp Case Management System"
      Big red button in huge letters that say "ADMIN RESET".
      Follow instructions.

      Then call the Tech Support Hotline, or create your own ticket there.

              Hi, I have been having same issues with a sharp mx6070. It's a pre owned and was shipped down to my country. The admin password isn't on default, I have been trying to reset it back all to no avail. Could you please direct me to the portal?
