    MXC300P paper exit

    On a MXC300W, the paper isnt exiting correctly.

    This happens once or twice a day.

    Doesnt show a jam, just show "exit tray full"

    Anyone got a solution for this?

    Check the exit roller or just add a cello tape on the roller it gives more grip or the roller assy may be brokend on the end

      Parts Guide shows numerous updates in the delivery/output unit, including frames, rollers, actuator and springs. The Delivery Drive Unit has many updates as well.
      What is the production date of your model?

          If you post the SN someone can give you the production date. The date might even be on the SN plate.

              Using only 8 digits, 0301023X

              The first digit will be the year, 2020.

              The last digit will be the month, November

              9 = Sept
              0 = Oct
              X = Nov
              Y - Dec
