MXC357F weird scan issue

Weird scan issue...

when scanning double sided, the backside does not scan completely, but the first part of the page shows up again...see attachment.

When copying, there is no problem, only when scanning.

Help! 😄

If they are using the Lexmark Scan Center, check the scan settings to make sure the Scan settings are set to correct size paper. i.e A4 not Letter or vice versa.

ok, but the front of the page gets scanned correctly, thats the weird part

Reflashed firmware, put original to A4 instead of Mixed Sizes

problem solved...now its just a guess if it was the firmware or the mixed sizes setting

Probably a combo of both... But realistically, I assume it's the software on any Sharp-Mark machine. It's terrible. Good find!
