mx-m364 can ping and access web page but won't print

Hi. We have now a machine that suddenly stopped printing. It can ping, scan, and can access the web page however. We ruled out the network because it does the same when using a laptop directly connected to the printer. Also we brought them a loaner and that will print. We have already reset the nic card, updated firmware, tried a new network board, sd card, and tried doing a factory reset. None appeared to do anything. We can't find a setting that would just disable printing anywhere. We would appreciate if anyone might have seen something like this to let us know what they may have found. Thank you.

To begin with, it doesn't have a NIC, it has a mfp control pwb, which includes a network interface. Can you print reports at the machine & from its webpage? Only time I've seen a Sharp dump print jobs/not print was because the driver was misconfigured & looking for credentials to print - seen that several times.

Is the print driver installed locally, or on a server? Make sure there are no print jobs stuck in a print queue on a computer anywhere that would be stopping anything else from printing. Make sure you're using an official print driver, not WSD. Also check to make sure that the machine and driver are set for the same sizes and types of paper in each drawer, and if using any kind of authentication, be sure that is set in the print driver as well

After looking through a few posts, it occurred to me to try the image memory clear. I have seen it do goofy things when it is full. It prints now. I must now track down why it copies normally, but will print light. It looks like it is printing halftone instead of solid black. I'm sure a setting of some sort that I haven't found yet.

Clean the sensor on the secondary transfer roller, and calibrate the color (44-2, 44-6, 44-26, 46-74), should be fine after that.

This is a black and white. I calibrated it. The first printer patch sheet came out black, but the second (supposedly) adjusted sheet was printed halftone. It looks like a gravure screen was used. Other printed sheets used dots. Internal self prints look normal. New driver didn't change anything.

Yeah, I wasn't sure how else to tell you to calibrate it. You can also adjust it in 46-19, change AE Filter to Sharp(I think that's the name at least). Although these are black and white machines, they don't print SUPER BOLD black out of the box. Had a print shop once complain about it, and we had to adjust that setting and a few other minor adjustments and it was okay. This was years ago, so I couldn't even tell you what else it was. Same model though.
