    no jam present in m6070

A sharp mx-m6070 shows a jam in the section below the drum and the duplex unit, but after careful inspection there is no jam present anywhere in the machine. There is no error code given, and I cannot clear the jam using a simulation. I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions?

What is the jam code; does this happen on copies and print?

Don't mean to rehash Sharp copier 101, but you absolutely need to run Sim 30 sub 1 (main body sensor check) to determine which paper sensor(s) is active. And the machine cannot jam and not record a jam code, e.g. POD2_N (paper not reaching POD2). So, one sim tells you what's triggering the jam indication, and the jam code tells you why it got triggered.

POD1, reseat fuser, check flag lever, socket
        POD2, standard exit path
POD4, reversing path, pre-duplex (above standard exit)
        PPD2, optical sensor pre-regist
        C1PFD, tray 1 infeed sensor
