Has anyone had a recurring f2-40 error code on a BP model? Specifically BP-70C55.
Error comes back maybe 2 times a month. Weird thing is we noticed the black toner is also getting ejected with 20-30% toner left inside.
We replaced the toner cartridge and that is it. It is a church doing booklets 8.5x11 and the first page is almost 100% coverage and Sharp said something about that could be causing issues but since it is 8.5x11 paper folded in half that is basically 50% coverage so no idea how that could be causing an issue.
