[Error Code] SubCode (FB) or (EF)

Hello everybody

we have a MX-M3550 with Fuser false jammin errors, fuser is OK.
After 5 times we get a H5-01 or H3-00 but with SubCodes (EF) or (FB) what are these subcodes?
The manual doesn't mention them.
