[Misc] MX-407FB vs MX-607FB

On a MX-4070 fuser, I'm wondering if the MX-608FB fuser belt made for the MX-6070 can be used in the 4070 fuser. Has anyone done this? The belt unit will fit but will it affect print quality or machine operation? Thanks!
