problemi di stampa e copia mx-m3550

buonasera e mi scuso se ho sbagliato gruppo ma ho un problema con una mx-m3550.
la macchina sia in stampa sia in copia non stampa al centro. .
ho provato a cambiare developer, cilindro, l'intero gruppo ma nulla.
a volte, stampa per intero e poi si ripresenta il problema. non so più su dove intervenire.

Personally, I would start with a print stop test first.

Is there an image on the drum?
The Developing unit,, how old is it? Is it turning properly?
How's that seal, I've seen that seal warp and touch the DV magnet roller, and leave blank spaces there.
LSU windows can become fogged with dust, toner.
Inside the Laser unit, the mirrors can get fogged as well, and require cleaning.
Inside the Laser Unit, the polygon motor has mirrors that also get dirty when it spins.

Lastly, power.

Should also add that on the DRUM unit, make sure that the discharge lens is clean.

cosa intendi con test di arresto di stampa?
ti rispondo alle domande:
non c'è nessuna immagine sul tamburo, (sostituito)
l'unità di sviluppo (developer sostituito 2 giorni fa)
lsu sembra pulita.
la cosa strana è: messo gruppo developer in un'altra macchina funziona, sostituito il devepoler ha fatto 4 5 copie perfette, poi, dopo 5 6 ore mandato in stampa e si è ripresentato il problema.
come pure per il tamburo, messo il gruppo tamburo di un'altra macchina ed ha stampato bene, cambiato il tamburo con uno nuovo e si è ripresentato il problema.
non so più su dove intervenire

ho controllato lsu ed è tutto pulito e regolare,
ho montato e mi ha dato errore f2-40.
ho eseguito la sim25-02 e questo è quello che mi è uscito.

EE-EL is common when you don't remove the toner cartridge when attempting to run 25-2.

EE-EL, toner likely flooded the DV unit. Check for toner dusting all over the ps unit and transfer unit. I have had 2 PCU PWB's go bad and start dumping toner in the machine causing lots of issues. Both times started shortly after the customer changed the toner cartridge.
