[Electrical] Mx-7580N registration pattern showing randomly on 2 side

Mx-7580N registration pattern showing randomly on 2 side of single side print
Good morning all this is a very unusual issue on a Mx-7580 and recently lost our support from sharp but my job is still to fix the machine

    - I am getting the Black registration pattern on back of single sided prints - followed on next page by the CMY registration patterns

all drums are relatively new and clean - both belts are new - registration / calibrate sensors under belt were just cleaned and drum grounds all have fresh dielectric grease

    did 44-2, 50-22, 44-27, 44-6, 44-26, 46-74 all with no issues after cleaning

Has anyone seen a similar issue or know which board would be generating this pattern?

Thank You all in advance for your assistance!!

Is there any chance of providing a higher resolution image? The image provided is 10kb in size.
Also, what is the Firmware Version currently installed?

Good morning - I attached the full 22-6 report with firmware at top of first page - we tried a higher resolution image scanned from the machine but you can't see the registration marks at all.

Image I posted is from an iPhone with the registration marks that show up circled - I looked in the book and its definitely the registration pattern being put out to the belts in the middle of the print job

Good morning all here is the 22-6 printout with firmware versions - higher quality image scanned from the copier didn't show registration pattern at all - so we did it with an iPhone which at least shows registration pattern. Thanks all for reading Industrial Press_20211001_092055.pdf - I am sure this is a very rare issue and will be ever so happy if someone has seen it.

good morning all - firmware is listed on page one of attached file

We were unable to see the registration marks on the page we scanned from the copier, higher resolution,
so we used iPhone and circled them - Thank You

Looks like "ghost staples". I see these when there is something under the IT transfer belt or Secondary transfer belt. Pull off the belt and clean the drive rollers underneath.

Good - guess but when i look it is most definitely the registration pattern being sent during the print process - need to figure out which board generates the pattern - im thinking PCU or MFP - I have both on order now and will be lacking firmware if they come with older firmware saved on them -

Could someone send me current firmware please and very much a thank you

If there is gunk under the belt, the belt surface will get raised, causing the IT belt to jitter as these spot pass over the cleaner blade.
The procon density and registration pattern are in the same area as the ghost staples from your 22-6 which seems like a cleaning issue.
Regardless of where the pattern comes from, the blades and erase lamps are not removing the previous image.

100% agree with Mojo. Your issue is gunk inside the Primary Transfer Belt, stuck to the drive roller which lifts the belt surface as it passes the cleaning blade on each rotation. The distance between image defects is the rotation distance of the drive roller.
No boards are required here. You need to dismantle and service the Primary Transfer Belt to fix the underlying issue.

It sorta looks like a pierce in the primary transfer belt, or "Mustache", as seen on a Konica Minolta, but too close together. Contaminated facing rollers is a possibility.

Measure the distance between intervals ... according to my PDF reader that's 94.5mm ... maybe a drum interval? It sounds too big for a facing roller. =^..^=

This should be my final update - Thank You all for your advice - after replacing the 1T unit we are no longer seeing the issue - I was actually surprised that the registration pattern cleared up - since everything else was cleaning off just fine - print shop is using it to print out booklets with lots of pictures and no "ghosting" of anything else.
