has anyone had a issue with no power the the Radf Motor not working
we have replaced the motor .
the clutch and solenoid fire in test mode .

voltage read 5 and 7 volts

we replaced the main PWB and get a fax code of f6-21

You'll need to set the device destination first. This will clear the F6-21 code.
RADF main motor runs 24v, so check CN19 on main board is correctly plugged in and pins tested.
What happens during load tests in Sim 2?
Does printer work OK? Same 24v line powers most engine components.
