    BP-HB700 Waste Bottles

Anyone having issues with new BP-HB700 waste bottles? I have a batch of them that trip full on multiple machines via TNFD sensor. 6 different waste bottles so far, 2 different machines, same order date.

We haven't had any issues, sorry. Probably 150+ BP Color machines in the field right now.

We had a batch of 601HB with the same problem, it was the mechanism for the TNFD sensor that was armed, you just need to check and disarm the mechanism.

I'm right there with "ihatefinishers13" we have over 250 of these machines out in the field with no issues with the waste toner containers. My first instinct is to check the sensor that reads through the sight glass finger that protrudes from the waste toner container, making sure the sensor is clean and then test it in sims mode to see if it is actually working. Also make sure that there isn't some residue on the inside of that containers sight glass finger. You can pop those off and clean them if needed. Sim 30-1 is the sim and TNFD2 should be white until activated. Hope this helps.
