    Debris in BP Developer Units

We have run across 3 different Dv units now(All Bp Color) that have some sort of debris in it. I have included a picture of 1 instance that it was crescent shaped, but the other 2 were square shaped. It is a type of plastic or mylar material. All 3 we're color developer units and 1 was on set-up in house and the other 2 we're fairly newer units(in the field 2 months with original developer) in the same machine. Has anyone else run across this?

We've definitely had that before on older models. Usually just ends up being the plastic that gets drilled through for tapping screws in the unit. Haven't had any issues on BP's yet, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just fish it out and move on. If it comes back, dump out DV, vacuum, and replace it. Sharp isn't going to do anything about it unless you find a trend with a certain lot number.
