Is there and does any have the service managers guide or password for this series? On the old machines it was #, *, CA, #

That's the key operator code. And #, *, CA, # is the old service manager code. #, *, C, * is service code. I have been a Sharp Tech for over 30 years. I know what I am asking for. Service Manager code allows me to change DV settings and supply counters among other uses. It shows more service simulations.

I know what you are saying as I have been working on Sharps for 37 years but as far as the SECRET test command as it used to be known as #*CA# where you could change counters and other sneaky stuff was done away with about the time this series was introduced. What is it that you are trying to change or adjust?

The machine was very undertoned. I was looking to adjust the DV settings. The DV is expensive on these. I ended up putting in new DV. It only had 40k on the DV so I am hoping it isn't something else and I have to replace it again in a couple of months.

The DV bias adjustment is Test Command 8-1. But I would look at DV mag roller angle adjustment and such before adjusting DV Bias.

Basic things don't want to do but wanna do shortcut. You have 30 years of experience and all you do is shortcut. No wonder outsiders saying sharp is not a good copier because tech keeps repeating jobs. In my life working on Sharp copiers, I only adjusted bias once and that is only for testing. And you want to use secret codes to adjust.
