Changes to presets in Mac Drivers resetting?

This happens with a lot of customers. this particular customer has a macbook with the official Sharp driver for a BP-70C55 with a booklet maker.
I make them a preset to make booklets and get everything working but after a couple of prints the preset will still be there but wont have any of the booklet settings saved so it just make regular prints.
Has anyone have this issue? I use windows so I am not super familiar but just got a macbook to do tests at the office.
I have seen it happen with different customers and machines so maybe its me?
What is weird is that it will work perfectly one time, then I try to use the preset again and now it does not work anymore.

Yeahhhhhh pretty common now. Apple keeps breaking things, and it's quite irritating. Certain apps you can create the preset and it'll stay, others you create it and it won't. I've heard Preview is helpful for it, but I've had it work one time, and not the next.
