    Sharp MX-3051 toner can't detect

    Dear guys,

    Did anyone know what is the reason of the Sharp MX-3051 toner Cartridge keep eject when the new toner plugin? The machine didn't show any error code but when plugin the toner - M, it keep eject out & show replace toner cartridge

      We once had 3070 that a customer slammed the toner cartridge in and dislodged the Crum reader in the back of the toner slot. I don't remember the symptoms besides not reading the toner but worth a check. You can see it if you take the toner out and shine a light into the back.

              Also, is this OEM toner? Could be a bad Crum chip. We briefly tried after market toner and had Crum issues.

                  The Toner Eject System operates under one of the following conditions:
                  * Toner Empty
                  * Non-Genuine or Improper Toner Cartridge has been detected (F2-70 etc)
                  * Toner replenishment problem has been detected (F2-64 etc)
                  * Toner Cartridge Error (F2-74 etc)
                  * Toner Density Sensor trouble (F2-40 etc)
                  * User via System Settings or Simulation

                  Toner Eject System errors start at F2-95, but that is a problem with the Ejection Mechanism in the Toner Motor.
                  The MX3051 does not have a Toner Hopper like the 50 & 60 ppm devices, so there's no problem there.

                  If you are installing a Magenta cartridge and the device rejects the cartridge straight away, it's either empty, non-genuine or you have a problem with the Magenta Dev.
                  Check Harness CN6 on the PCU board as this connects to all Toner Eject Units & Crum Chip connectors.

                          Sounds to me like uptodate firmware and non original toner cartridge , maybe 3rd party compats. Latest firmware does that.
