    MX-B450P Slight bleeding prints

I encountered a minor quality issue while creating the prints. It's a bit hard to explain, so I’ve attached two reference images to help clarify.

The quality seems fine for all other prints, but when a user prints a specific type of invoice, the issue becomes quite noticeable. I wasn't able to get a copy of the invoice due to its sensitive nature, but I did manage to catch it on the reference print.

I also attached a handwritten example

I've replaced the drum unit, developer assembly, and fuser
I've also cleaned the LSU glass, performed calibration and swapped out toners (genuine)

any ideas what might cause this?

    Hi
If you have already replaced all the components but the error remains, I wonder whether someone has changed something. Is the heating pressure correct? what do the system printouts look like? How many pages have already been created with the device? Have you ever replaced the transfer roller? And we're talking about original goods that were installed, not rubbish from Asia, right?

      Hey Olli,

if youre talking about the latch on the fuser unit, then yes its set correctly. The unit has over 325k print outs, and I did replace the transfer roller, all OEM parts.

Users ended up settling with the print quality as it is not as apparent in any other documents they produce. Just going to cross my finger I don't stumble upon this peculiar issue again.

When you say "invoice", is that just the job they're printing, or is it coming out on specific paper?

Firmware is up to date ?
I had a "strange" problem on a B40W that disappears after a month or so, it was purely software.
