    Glossy labels A4 UK

I have a new customer that has purchased a brand new BP60C31 and are printing glossy, waterproof labels.

    They need to be waterproof.

They are being sent through the bypass as labels. Had tried heavy-3 due to fusing issues.

They are sometimes skewing on feed, despite being fanned before loading.

They are peeling and wrapping around the registration roller, despite only passing through the printer once.

I've been told they cannot use avery for whatever reason.

I was wonder if there are again good brands in the UK to try.

    Thanks

The customer needs to buy a dedicated label printer that uses premium wax/resin ribbons on synthetic label stock.

A copier is not the answer.

    I recommend the Toshiba BV410T.

We have a customer who runs waterproof labels just fine, but they're not glossy. I personally haven't seen anyone get away with glossy anything on a laser printer, but our customers don't usually need glossy labels, just waterproof.

Thanks, I've been trying to steer them away from gloss. Was hoping for a good/ reasonable label brand in the UK.

An HP color laserjet, they were having a lot of trouble with it too. Always these glossy A4 labels.

I think all I can really say is use Avery or find a waterproof label manufacturer themselves, but that will be a bit of trial and error.
