We have a 70c55 with the same problem, 10k on it. We already tried the SSD and mSata, next is the SCN-MFP PWB, that we're trying to get warrantied.

Update for our ticket. We had to replace the MFP-SCN PWB, utilizing the EEprom backup tool you need to plug in, and then all good. It did wipe out all settings, besides authentication being enabled, but that wasn't a big deal.
