    Double sided scanning is coming the wrong way.

    I have a client that has double sided scanning issues. The scan default is set to horizontal. And when they scan 2 sided booklet or tablet the documents look upside down. They have been putting the documents in head first and still have the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If you have played with a lot of settings and haven't gotten anywhere, I would back up data (not clone) then reset to factory. From your somewhat vague description it soiunds like user error is out of the question. Would not hurt to update firmware as well. What is the model of machine and what have you tried?

      I have tried all these settings and the documents come upside down. I tried factory resetting the machine same issue. I have not updated the firmware. To update the firmware I will need to go onsite. Any other scan setting i can try?

        What if YOU scan to USB? I wonder if it's the software they're opening it in that is causing the issue?

          This company wants to scan to email only. I tried to tell them about network folder or usb.

            More so, does it do the same thing when scanning to USB... For troubleshooting purposes.

                  They are using an Sharp bp-50c26. It has the latest software version.
