Sharp MX-M365 Printing blank in the center of the page

All I did was to pull the process unit out of the machine & now its printing blank in the center of the page. It prints on the front & rear of the page (8 1/2 x 11). Almost exactly 8 1/2 inches. Maybe that's just coincidence. Drum & main charge unit are at 41 %. Is this a drum grounding issue?

look at the top of the dv unit sometimes the one of the two sponge pads come apart. The tape on the top of them will block the laser.

always happen on MX-m363/453/503 family, but on m365 already removed. Author should upload sample here. A photo worth a thousand words

Are you sure it's the right machine? Had issues with the MX-M356 where the charge had to be locked in the middle, otherwise caused a big void in the middle...

Oh your right I was thinking 363 series. Now I have egg on my face.

It was caused by the top cover of the developing unit not put on correctly. Problem solved.
