It's usually the main drive...

The thingy in the middle of the drum-cog on the main drive.

You have to dissasemble almost the entire machine + main drive though

It is usually a clutch or a dry bushing in the feed/transport area.

Good luck getting to it!!

I've been those small primaries squeak to right before that primary belt just shatters.
