error code L4-50 on MX2314

Hi, everyone. I was trying to fix this error yesterday but could not locate the fan, from the part manual, it seems it is behind the fuser but just could not find it, can anybody help? Thanks.

There are two process unit fans and a sim test should tell you which one is bad.

Thanks. That's right. The error code indicates the one on the upper left one, I removed the fuser and could not find it at all, do you have any idea where could it be and is it hard to reach it? Thanks

Looks like you will need to remove the back panel. a lot of screws but then you should see it.

Is it the ones located above the transfer belt?

The one is in front left hand side next to where the hard drive would be the other one is at the back near the ozone filter.
