admin mode MX-4071

I cannot access admin mode.I sent sharp the uppercase reset key.Sharp sent me the key reset

numbers.20 numbers in all. When i put the numbers in,it came back invalid. Anyone have this issue?

I never had this problem. Maybe recontact sharp in case they sent you the wrong number?

I've had this happen before a time or 2. Just call the hotline and have them regenerate a new reset product key.

Did you enter the whole key with Capital letters?
