[Error Code] MX-C304W Intermittent C1-10

Hello, I have a Client with an Sharp MX-C304W MFP who keeps getting a C1-10 Error code Intermittently. I have replaced the Black Drum Unit and Black Developer Unit. I looked at the High Voltage Connectors on the rear frame and they all look good. Any Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

There is no C1-14 on theses models (C250 C300 C301 C303 C304 etc.), so it could be any color.
You'll have to swap drums to find out wish one is in default.

Thank you Thats kinda what I thought. But I also thought that there was something left out of the manual.
