SHARP MX-M753N PRINT FADING, REPLACED TONER & FUSER

I've replaced the toner and the fuser but am still having a fading problems on everything I print. I use this for receipts and invoices on 8x11 from bins 1 & 2. There is repeted heavy usage at the top of the page where I am having the fading issue. Can anyone help me with any suggestions? There are also short streak lines on the right edge.

What is the meter on the machine? I am going to agree with others and say DV would be what to look at. When the dv starts to get low, you will get a diagonal pattern on prints, we call it "barber pole" pattern as it kinda looks like an old school barber pole. Can you post an example of the output?
