You went into the system setting -> security security settings -> and ran the end of lease option? If that didn't work you could probably do a HDD format and that would clear all previous information and settings set onto the machine. Not sure if that will be completely necessary but it might be a last resort kind of thing.

HDD format...? Maybe, i'm not sure because... where printer software is stored on hdd or somewhere else.

You may need to just go to the web page, login in as admin and begin clear everything out manually.

THen print out a 22-6 and find the soft switches that are still highlighted in black and set them to the opposite of what they are.
