Need Clarification. because Watermark is firmware I don't know what you mean by removing watermark

Thanks for the firmware, that’s exactly what I was looking for. That same printer gets stuck on 'Please wait'. I read it could be the hard drive. Right now, I’m testing with a replacement 2.5" hard drive, but it powers on, shows the SHARP logo and 'Please wait' in several languages, then restarts.
