    sharp AR-M455N & AR-M450n diff

    I have now a AR-M455N, I used to have a AR-450N..when i tried to used my old toner it didnt work also the fuser and developer tank it didnt work either, it cannot recognize it, I worked in Imagistics im4510 and Im4511(looks exactly AR-M455n) and they are compatible ..My question is Whats the diff between the AR-M455N & AR-M450N..can i ever used my old toner for the new mach and also the developer tank & fuser.. thxs

    No, the toner & developer are different between the two models.

        The DV unit is -pretty- much the same, except on the 455 there is a humidity sensor. If you're in a pinch you can swap out the wiring harness and all the sensors from one to the other and it will work fine for you. Make sure you clean 'em out first.

          THXS..how about the fuser r using diff. voltage..I noticed that for AR-m450 toner yield is lower than AR-m455 (can i ever reuse it)..its weird.in imagistics they r compatible

            It wouldn't be different voltage, just fusing temp. I've used the rollers interchangably, but I think there is a little diff.
