Want To Ask ( Remove paper background color to transparent ) MX-M1206

    Hi All,

Currently I got a government customer which require a color paper (Original) to copy into another color paper. But the output paper still show shadow background from original one.
It is possible to MX-M1206 to remove completely the shadow rectangle behind the text? Even I ask the technical from Sharp Principle HQ, still don't have any answer from them.

I'm going to go out on a limb, and say that I don't think that it's possible to entirely remove a solid red background without also removing most of the text. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes it is possible. IF this is from a Copy, then, I suggest simply trying to use "Suppress background" feature and using "Text" only as exposure.

You can even save it as default, or as a preset.
