Sharp MX 3110 N Power indicator shows yellow and will not power up.
Thank you but I already downloaded EasyUS ToDo Backup (The $41 paid version because the free would not work) and it fails when trying to clone the Sharp SD Card. I verified it does work with another SD Card I have - so now I assume the Sharp SD Card is corrupted too much for copying. Could you direct me as to what to do now? Purchase the Card with the firmware on it somewhere?

You would need to buy it from a Sharp Dealer.
I have a clean image of a MX-3110N SD card I could send to you. Copy that to a new Sd card. Buy a good quality 16GB SD card from either Amazon or eBay. I think you only need 2G but we use 16GB across the board.

Hello, not sure what I am looking at needing to be replaced: Power Supply or a Board, or something else?
The power indicator light will not go from yellow to green. Stuck in a warm-up stage. The touch-screen does not come on either. All of the doors and trays are closed.
Hi Patterson, do you manage to solved this problem on your MX3110?

No not yet, i had trouble trying to retrieve the file and have been meaning to try again tomorrow. I would rather just buy the card with the software already on it is anyone has that available?

Back again after a very helpful and kind Tech here tried to assist - but unfortunately no success.
He provided a known and tested SD card to me vial mail since i could not get the Raw Copy Tool to work.
However that did not resolve the problem.
I then replaced the HDD with a new Western Digital 160GB but no success with that either. (He sent me the firmware in case it was needed)
He has suggested I go back to this forum to get any other advice.
Previously Iky1978, a Tech here, recommended the Power Supply could be the culprit.
I'm just asking before I do that - does this look like the most likely route to anyone else as well? Thanks again to all.
As a recap - on main poser on I get power enough to move the scanner and run the fans - and the sleep light is on, but no display and no button on the display does anything. Will not print anything either - tried that.
