    MX-M904 skew from tray 6

    This is actually a Toshiba E907, but it's rebadged from a M904

It's the only one of these I have.
When feeding from tray 6 (vacuum feed), once in a while the paper skews coming out
of the tray. Machine is low volume, only 1.97 million.
Before I rip into this, seeing I never really have any "knowledge" of it, anyone that has
any hints or something they've seen with the vacuum feed that would cause the paper
to skew? And, when it skews, it's off about 30-40 degrees.

    TIA

Pull out the vacuum feed head and look at the feed belts. They tend to stretch on the outer belts, causing slack and slippage. Two belts will turn, the third will just sit there.
I have even seen a few with "waves on the edges of the belts themselves.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
