MX-C303 CA Maintenance Code

Anyone know how to clear this maintenance code? we don't usually service sharp but client brought one from another office with the code displaying. Cleared all the others after doing maintenance no problem.

It should be in simulation 24-4 color all. But after clearing that you may have to clear the color and drum/developer counters.

You can disable the PM counters with:

21-1 set to 999 for both TA & CA

55-3 sw22 bit 6 from 0-1 cancels Drum (DK, etc)

55-3 sw27 bit 2 from 0-1 cancels Dev (DV, etc)
55-3 sw27 bit 3 from 0-1 cancels Fuser (FK1, FK2)
55-3 sw27 bit 4 from 0-1 cancels 2nd TX (TK2)
55-3 sw27 bit 5 from 0-1 cancels 1st TX (TK1)

Some of these may, or may not, apply to this model.
