MX-B467P Counter per mail possible ??

Hello.

Is it possible to get a monthly meter reading automatically with the MX-B467P ? SMTP settings are set up, toner warnings or error messages appear, but we can't find a way to send the meter readings.
Short feedback would be nice.

Try the 'customer support' app.

We are using this to mail the counters monthly.

Make sure you have a 'from' address.

Have you found a way to add the customer support app to this model? I didn't think this model supported apps.

We have added Custoemr Support to other Sharpmark models that allow USB firmware updates but this model does not have a USB port.

Customer Support gives you a much better email layout.

Still havent got this working...

The machine doesnt seem to make logs.

If i click export, print or delete logs, nothing is showing, so it cant mail me anything either...

I have a MX-B467P sending meters once a month. I just put a MX-B467P on our netwrok to test it so I can make sure I explain the setting correctly. It will take at least 24 hours for the first meter to email.

Email with meters was received today using these setting in the MX-B476P:

Settings, Print, Job Accounting, Accounting Log Frequency

Job Accounting, checked tick box
Accounting Log Frequency, Monthly (for testing I set it to Daily)
Log Action at End of Frequency, Email Current Log
Log Action Near Full, None
Log Action at Full, None
URL to Post Log: blank
E-mail Address to Send Logs: whatever address you use
Log File Prefix; blank

Same settings, no mails received.
Also, when clicking on "export, print or delete logs", there are no logs...so if there are no logs, the machine can't mail me any logs i guess

This is a machine in production, so it prints daily.

Tried it on a second machine, same problem.

What am i missing?

Can you maybe send me a config export of your machine?

Or do i need to enable it in the driver also before i get any logs?

Do you have SMTP settings entered in E-Mail -> E-mail Setup?

I will get my printer back on my network and export the settings.
