The finisher AR-FN6 jams half way thru at the orange roller every time replacing roller did not help. Anyone seen this?

Check the operation of the black gate inside the finisher entrance. Also try to run duplex copy. If the first side jams before it gets reversed into the machine you will need to replace the paper exit reverse unit. p/n: CFRM-1020DS51Comment

I agree with mtech, as always.
Misfeeds (jam code POD1S) just past the fuser, on Tiger. The swivel pin @ the rear of the inverter gate is broken off in the entrance to the AR-FN6. Replace the inverter gate in the AR-FN6 (PGIDM1947FCZ2).
