First level of diagnostics on this symptom would be to remove the network cable, then bootup from main power switch.
Can you Copy and USB Direct Print when not connected to the client network, as a standalone machine?
It's booting up correctly, which indicates components are generally OK.
What Firmware version is currently installed?
Network problems could definitely cause a locked up machine. Seen that before heaps of times.
Try laptop with crossover network cable to isolate MFD vs potential Client Network issue. -
