    I'd call it a little humid in there. Another tech spent most of the day there yesterday so I"m gonna wait to hear what they ended up with before deciding the next step. Never chased a damm noise this much before.

      I've seen the pickup roller, drive pack and inner exit unit cause squeaks on new BP machines.

            It's the strangest advertisement for software I've ever seen.
            Maybe convert it to MP3 ?

              It's a cell phone file. I had to zip it to upload it. But I just tested it and if you download and unzip, the file will play. Another tech took another transport unit over there yesterday and it was quiet until today when it started up with the same noise.

                  Theres a grounding tab on the exit unit that will squeek. If you remove the front cover(the one you have to remove to get the exit unit out 3 screws)you will see the end of the shaft with the grounding tab. We use machine oil on it.
