    Please help me sort error F9-10

    F9-10 will be a communication error between the MCU and the Printer PWB. Can parts even be gotten for this model? I doubt it. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Which boards did you have in mind?

        I think the Printer PWB is the most likely. The MCU would be my second choice.

          release date of 2003.I doubt it. maybe Hytec?

            Try reseating your boards and connectors. Also disconnect network cable and reboot copier. Do the second one first.

            Might be time to upgrade to a AR-M257
