Sharp MX-M5070 growling when feeding paper

I have noticed on a few of these copiers are noisy or growl when they feed paper. It does not seem to cause a problem and customers are not complaining but it bothers me. On one copier messing with the right side door seems to quiet it down.Not sure if it is drive unit or door related. It sounds like it is struggling to feed paper. I seem to remember a similar problem with paper feed drive units on the MX-M503's. Any comments would be appreciated.

A few things to check. ARE-1296.PDF ARE-1314.PDF
Also, try reseating the right side door as well.
