MX-C357F 680.40K ERROR

This copier is displaying complex page service check.
It happens from the glass and the adf. What is the error code?
Manual omits it in sharp and lexmark models.

A firmware update should fix this. Problem might be that the newest firmare to fix it isn't available yet. Sharpmarks are always lagging behind what is current from Lexmark.

A complex memory error was common across the board for most Lexmarks with the previous firmware versions. Updating them to the current firmware always fixed it.

Version 81.215 has always fixed the complex page error for us.

I see that 81.215 is the current version offered by Sharp. Unfortunately this is two versions old. Beyond this is 81.225 and 81.234.
