I recently installed an MX-LC12 to an MX-7081 with a Fiery and performed a firmware upgrade. The customer was printing restaurant menus on heavy 2 paper out of tray 3 before the installation with no problems. Now they're printing them out of the LCT since it holds much more. The problem is it only feeds about 4 at a time, pausing a few seconds in between, before it completes the print job. When they use tray 3 it continuously feeds the heavy 2 until the job is complete with no pausing in between. What could possibly be the difference?
