    How about this? RMOTS1067FCPZ

That is just the motor, not the plate and all the little stuff.
BP parts guide, page 115 for all that.

Or buy the BP unit and use the motor assy. We did that. Lot cheaper than buying parts inividual.

We do a lot of rebuilds. For us what happens is we get a machine with the center tray and install a inner finisher, forget to take the motor unit out. We also have a few center trays with no motor unit.

Follow up question since we're talking about this area of the copier. We do refurbished Sharps so I'm a bit new to the MX-M5070 line. I've noticed with the standard MX-TU16 tray, anything duplexed comes out and curls in the exit area causing a mass of papers instead of stacked. I looked through all 17 pages of service bulletins for some type of mylar upgrade or something, but I don't see anything. Does anyone have any insight on this? Seems like a very bad design flaw from Sharp if you don't get any finisher, then duplexed prints will not stack at all. I'm ordering the Job separator TR20 regardless, but that wont fix the lower exit tray issues. The customer is trying to achieve 3 exit trays with the Right Side tray also.

I did find the bulletin about changing the fuser temp adjustment from 1-5 but that made little to know difference. This has to be a design issue.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure on the exit unit, lower white rollers, have the foam when not using a finisher.
Not real easy to put them back. We just order new exit unit.

Thanks. Yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. Run it without the finisher. I could order a whole new exit unit, but I'd rather avoid it if possible. What is this foam you're talking about? Is that in reference to some mylars they added?

Same as the upper exit foam. Black foam around the white rollers.
The problem is the tiny springs that hold the white rollers to the exit unit.
You'll pull your hair out trying to get them back on.

Oh gotcha I understand. You literally mean foam, lol. Thanks

Just wanted to say thanks again. I was able to put the foam pieces back on the white rollers from a parts exit unit, and it only took about 10 minutes. Now it works like a charm. That's why I love these sites, I wouldn't have known they were missing by first glance.
