I think I already know the answer but figured I would throw it out there anyway. Client used to have an MX-C402sc and we switched them into a MX-C304w and it wrinkles the envelopes. I know there are tabs for envelopes on the fuser that the client can switch manually but that will not suffice as they run a lot of envelopes. We bumped the paper settings up to 23 lbs+ setting but have not adjusted any heat settings on the fuser. Any ideas?

No ideas but we qualify every sale of that series by asking if they run envelopes. Doesn't always work as the person we ask sometimes doesn't know that some oddball in the office runs envelopes once a month.
I hate the lever design. They often don't get flipped back.
We had to set in a few Lexmark printers for customers that weren't willing to flip the levers back and forth.
