    Most likely faulty power outlet.
Try a different one if possible

Had an MX-5071 recently where we swapped the fuser, ac pwb, pcu pwb, mfp pwb, still got h4-01

Turned out to be the HL PWB

I get these periodically. I would check your fuser connector. I have heard of pins being damaged out of the box. I also clean the connectors (main body and fuser) with alcohol. Some of the connectors are very tiny spacing (Sharp of course has a special swab [AKA expensive] for these) but I can normally clean them with a regular swab.

        Good luck

If you haven't solved the problem, you can check the belt meandering adjustment to see if the belt hasn't shifted moving away from making contact with the thermistor momentarily causing your "H" Code....... Use-6-8Purpose Operation test/checkFunction (Purpose) Used to check fuser belt meandering operation.Section FusingOperation/Procedure1) Tap [EXECUTE] key.2) When the operation is completed normally, "COMPLETE" isdisplayed
