This is the first admin reset I've had to do on this model series. I went through the sim 4 6 3 // and submitted the code to Sharp. They got back to me with the reset code. After I input it into the reset screen and press execute, the execute box goes gray with no other message. I can hit ok and go back to the main copier screen. I put in admin to get into the network settings and it's still failing. When I go back into the 4 6 3 // reset screen, the text box for the reset code is still grayed out. Almost like it's still processing but it tells me nothing.
How long does the reset usually take? The Sharp document says it will give me a message of request successfully processed or failed. It's giving me neither.
It's been like this for about 10 minutes.
Any ideas?
