Sharp MX-M452n

I have this machine Sharp MX-M452N that is jaming paper as it enters duplex unit. This machine perfectly copies single side documents, no paper jam no errors.
The moment i run one page duplex copy it picks up fine, paper runs through and when its time to reverse paper back into duplex unit it stops as the paper touches first row of pick up rollers into the duplex unit. At this point first set of pick up rollers into duplex unit attemps to pick up paper but its just a split of a second movement and it gets stuck before it enters rollers.

Any ideas and suggestions please...
