    MX-4051 E7-93

Working on a MX-4051 and went there for jamming. Found jam code was PRI_JAM. Also noticed there was E7-93's about 6 of them. Updated firmware to the current and and it is set to "low power". I can't print out a 22-6 only can view it.This seems to happen on print jobs only. I can print from USB which tells me it must be the HDD. Ran test on HDD and came out ok. When I select settings on display panel I get a dialog box that says "Please Wait" and a cancel button. The drive in the machine is 500 GB and I only have 320GB. Will that work? The machine copies fine. Just won't print. Please help.

Another thing to mention as well, on the 22-6, 5th page towards the bottom, look for HDD Smart Info. If it reads ALL zero's, HDD is most likely fine. If there's anything instead, where it looks like a MAC address or IPV6 address, then sectors of the HDD are failing. You can also backup fax jobs if needed in 66-62 to USB and then print them or give them to the customer. Often times the HDD wasn't the problem, it was just a corrupt fax job in the queue, stopping everything else behind it. 66-10 also clears fax memory.
