    tray names

    Hello,

we have a problem with some clients that the traynames do not show in certain programs.

The trays are shown as 'manual, traytray, traytray, traytray, tray 4' (see screenshot)

This is a BP50C26 installed on een terminal server, PCL6 driver.

If we install it via windows, IPP driver, it shows tray1 tray2 tray3 tray4, as its supposed to.

I have seen this on the MX2651 also.

    Anybody else seen this?

the UD3 driver should work fine for you. At this point, it's the server you're using that maybe doesn't like PCL6? Also, you could try almost any Sharp PCL6 driver that gives you the same functionality.

Are you really sure that the correct printer driver is being used and is also controlled via the IP address?
I only know such errors with the wrong printer driver or via WSD driver

Yes i am...i've been doing this for more than 10 years...and the problem happens mostly in custom software starting from the CR4.5 drivers.

            UD3 and CR4 work correctly.
